I have HP Pavilion dv3-2350ed notebook pc, win 7 home premium 64x for 3yreas now and it always been in problem, from over heating, then sometimes the wireless module not found (if over heating), etc, now comes new problem.
Suddenly this morning theres no sound at all, either from external speaker, laptop speaker nor from headphone.
I tried all the methods already, from checking the mute, make the device default etc
I also performed this steps
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c01912228&cc=us&dlc=en&lc=en
it also failed to play test tone (all device) during sound check.
First of all, this morning when I turned on the laptop I preformed realplayer uninstall (I dunno if it has something to do with the sound or not), and suddenly after restart I saw this.
I downladed MSVCR71 and tried to place it into C:\Windows\SysWOW64 as stated on http://i.justrealized.com/2009/how-to-fix-missing-msvcr71dll-problem-in-windows/comment-page-3/#comment-1268 but when I paste it, it says theres already MSVCR71 in the folder (I dunno if I should put it in the C:\Windows\System32 also or not)
Then this is the troubleshooting report for the audio
Moreover, based on this sound & device manager, it seems that my Logitech x230 is not detected (the other Logitech you see is keyboard, mice & easycall speaker combo, not my main speaker)
On sound, I believe it should be 2.1 Logitech speaker & on Device manager, if im not mistaken it should be Realtek?
Can someone help me please
Thanks
