I have a DV8T-1100 running win7 pro. Product #vf836av. After Microsoft repaired some issues I noticed the Mute button is always orange but does work correctly. The mute, volume and tone adjustments do not show up on the display when using the touch buttons which makes it difficult to know what is happening. I assume it is probably a driver issue since it occured during driver changes for a hdd problem. I have tried a hard reset already with no luck. Any suggestion? Any help would be appreciated.
