the sound on my Pavilion G Series laptop has become tinny since I cleaned it two days ago. I cleaned it according to the HP Support video instructions using canned air - did not take apart. It also is not as loud. The quality is gone and it sound like it is coming out of a tin can. I also deleted some old files. Could I have dleleted an essential audio driver?
