Hi! I recently installed windows updates updates yesterday and when I restarted, if I remembered correctly, the audio for my notebook is still working. Just today, as I opened it, I wanted to play some music but unfortunately, there was no sound. I tried adjusting the volume but nothing happened. I hovered my cursor to the speaker icon in the lower right of the task bar and it displayed the message: "No Audio Output Device is Installed." Is this a hardware or a driver problem?
I also tried adjusting the sound through my beats audio control panel, but it didn't work as well. I hope someone could provide helpful instructions for me to fix this problem. Many thanks in advance!
