I made mistake of stopping cd midburn and now cd/dvd won't play or burn cd's.
I am pretty computer clueless, so if there are things I can try that won't forever screw up my pc, I would love to, but I can't even understand most of the solutions listed here.
(Tried Microsofoft Mr. Fixit which nobly informed me there IS in fact a problem, but did not fix it or give option to go further)
Is there any way to safely uninstall and re-install cd/dvd drive? (checked for updates/ pc also indicates cd/dvd drive is working fine...)
Please help me, tech savvy folks!
