Hi everyone,
I have not even had my laptop for 2 years and my microphone and webcam stopped working. This happened about 2 months after having the laptop. I tried every option. Rebooting my computer, making sure everything was enabled, I updated everything as well, and I know everything is there and good. However, based on what HP has said my warranty has been expired even though I thought it was a two year warranty. I believe it has been the poor structure of the laptop because a lot of other customers have the exact same problem and have trouble with it. If there is anyway to get them working again that would be much appreciated.
