I have the Envy x2 11-g001ee bought in MEA.
I updated to the windows 8.1 preview from the pre-installed windows 8. Now the volume wheel/scroller is not operational. The windows volume control works, the beats on/off has an effect on the quality but the volume is far quieter than pre 8.1.
Ive tried HP Recovery to install all drivers, updated all windows and HP updates with no luck.
The Beats icon, pop up page and all work but the volume and sarround sound doesnt seem to be.
