No Sound in my laptop

first thing sorry for my bad english

 I have a problem in my laptop, there is no sound at all,

everything is right i think, not muted, & updated.

but no sound, even with headphones, WMP, Realplayer, Internet, etc.

the start of the problem:

i used this program "Advanced System Optimizer" and did every scan in it, and every thing else it recommended me to do. including securety, updates, rigesrty.etc.

the problem started -I think- after updating drivers, & restarting my computer, then its gone.

it updated many things: 2 of them r related to "Audio":

- IDT High Definition Audio CODEC

- High Definition Audio Controller

then i restored old vers. but no luck.

used "Microsoft Fix" &

but nothing.

when i play any sound track with WMP it gives me:
