The hardware detected is not supported by this idt software package

I uninstalled the IDT Driver because it was malfunctioning following the instructions here

Then I went to my PC's Driver section and downloaded the IDT Driver, but whenever I try to install it I get this error

The hardware detected is not supported by this idt software package

I'm using this laptop

» HP Pavilion g7-2233cl Notebook PC
