I have an HP ENVY touchsmart c8p48av running windows 8.1. I recently sent it in for some pretty serious repairs (motherboard & lcd replaced). When i got it back, i'm getting sound from internal speakers only. when i plug headphones in, nothing happens. no sound through headphones, just the internal speakers. When i tried troubleshooting i get an error 10 STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE for Intel(r) device audio. It automatically reinstalled the driver, but the message still appears. I don't know what to do at this point, please help!
