I bought an HP envy laptop last october, and since about a month ago, no sound has been able to play. i have gone through the numerous troubleshooting posts and have tried restarting, shutting down, plugged headphones in (which did not work either), etc. I hope that I will not have to bring my laptop in.
Any help is appreciated.
