Hi guys, I have HP dv5 1171EN wiith Nvidia 9600GT with Nvidia HDMI audio output, it went to a mechanic for display cable change and I dont know what he did, but I dont have the HDMI output option anywhere, It is gone from DEV Manager and from Playback Devices (disabled devices shown). I wonder is there a posibility that the chip of the audio is burned or something. btw I reinstalled windows and since the LCD cable was not changed at all i disconnected the monitor and I am using only Samsung TV through HDMI but w/o sound is annoying. PLEASE HELP ME !!! :D
