I'm using HP Pavilion dv7-3108tx Entertainment Notebook,i'm not able to install any HP media softwares and with out charger laptop is getting automatically switched and not even getting restarted,there is no such service centre near by to get assistance and i'm also even ready to purchase a drivers DVD,if available
