My Speakers and headphones suddenly stopped working.

Hi,

The Speakers and headphones of my Pavillon Sleekbook 14-b123 au running on wondows 8 suddenly stopped working. NO sound at all, I tried rebooting it my diabling then enabling the sound again. I even turned off my laptop and waited a few minutes. When I turned it on. still no sound :( I tried testing the speakers and the headphones but, it says "failed to test sound..."

I bought this just three months ago, and I haven't really exhausted the device. I only use it to watch movies, music etc. and I haven't downloaded any apps, just updates from hp.

Help!
