When I did a camera video recording, my hp pavilion 13-p111nr x2 has some crackling/static noise. My friend has the same machine and has the same problem. This happened when I got my machine in day one.
Yesterday, I run the HP support assisstance and it suggested me to upgrade the IDT HD Audio driver. After upgrade, when I tried to run the camera, the program reported: "Looks like there's something wrong with your camera. Check the manufacturer's website for troubleshooting info.".
I tried to roll back the IDT HD Audio driver but "roll back" button is not availble.
Not sure if the problem of the camera is coincidence with the IDT HD Audio upgrade? Just wonder if anyone experience the crackling/static noise of the audio recording.
