i posted this issue and got reply from HP Support as below:
Please try tapping a few times on the up or down volume key on the keyboard and see if that helps. If the issue persists, please try following the troubleshooting steps given in the link given below;
I tapped on volume button and it worked but again and again its coming. now even after tapping its not going.
