Why won't my HP 2000 Notebook play music and play sounds? I have done everything that Windows has suggested, and checked my sound card. There is also a unusual thing with my volume, I turn it up and the sound is on; not muted; and it doesn't make the ding noise yet the green bar goes up in the volume icon. Is it something with my computer itself?
