So my beats audio stopped working after I updated to Window 8.1, so I downloaded the software from hp to fix it and it did but after a week or so it quite again. There is no bass and i even went to the beats audio control and turned the bass up. Still nothing! I'm a bass head so i need my bass! if you can help it would realy be cool.
