Recently my laptop sopund stopped working. Everything looked fine, no red lights, nothing was muted, so I uninstalled and reinstalled my sound drive.
After restarting the computer the mute icon on the touch pad is showing red. It will not let me change the sound or unmute whenever I touch it. My screen is showing that nothing is muted.
Both the speakers and headphone jack are not allowing sound.
Any suggestions would be appreciated
