cannot install IDT audio driver - unknown hardware

I'm using spectre 14 - 3017NR Laptop, I have a problem.

I tried install IDT driver, but can't.

I tried many ways :

1. factory recovery

2. remove battery and push the power button 30 seconds or more

3. format

4. install the driver by force

5. try other IDT audio driver versions.

6. try automatic repair

7. and so on - described everything in this forum.

It not works. at. all..

Device manager, it is named Unknown device.

I added the error screenshot when I install the driver.

Please don't say "install this driver". It's no use. Unknown device problem cannot fixed by installing driver and I tried many many times.
