I just recently got a HP Pavilion G6-2006ax and the IDT HD audio codec is not allowing me to use headphones ive tried.
-Uninstalling IDT Audio device and the install file in control panel and restarting just reinstalled the idt audio codec device.
-Uninstalling IDT audio codec and installing then newest version which is 6.10.6454.0000 but still didnt resolve my issue.
-Tried setting the communication headphones to default audio but its still stuck on default communications device.
none of the above seem to work i was hoping someone here would have the solution.
