I have only had my HP Envy for less than a month and the sound and headphone audio has randomly stopped working. It was working fine while I was playing some videos on youtube and then I closed the laptop when I was done. I came back to it later to start a research paper when I realized the sound icon was on mute. I went to turn the mute off and the computer started troubleshooting for sound issues. Now I cant get any sound to play from iTunes, Pandora, or YouTube. Headsets do not work either. Can anyone help me fix this? Its still under warranty so I'll probabaly end up having to take it back to Best Buy.
