hello, i have a pavilion g6 2278dx.
just lost my audio and getting the no speakers plugged in message.
i have tried a hard reset
uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling the one that is on hp's website
checked for windows drivers
this all happened after the windows 8.1 update.
