My audio is working fine when im listening to music on i-tunes or spotify but when trying to watch video online the audio just doesnt work i thought youtube might have just been the problem so i tried other site and still nothing i tried on both google chrome and internet explorer and it doesn't work on either browser.
any help would be appreciated
