I've been having some issues with my computer's Beats audio. I sent it in for repairs recently and once I got it back, I noticed that Beats audio wasn't working. When I open the Beats control panel and turn it off and on, there's no difference in the sound, either through the computer speakers or with headphones. Same thing with fn+b, nothing seems to change.
My computer is an ENVY 6-1010US Sleekbook running Windows 7.
