last night I play media file. but I can't listen to that by headphone. so I go to sound option and disable laptop speaker and enable headphone. but when I want to use speaker again, it's not work. I check headphone too, that is work well. I read your instruction to solve my problem and do all suggestion stepby step. also download and install hp support assistant but my problem is not solve ! how I can solve this problem ? how I can find out my laptop speaker wok or not !?
