I bought my ultrabook a few months ago and after sending it back once I am still having the same issues. It uses Win 8 64 bit. I read stuff on this forum about unplugging the AC to fix the glitchy problem, unfortunately it works only when it wants to. Sometimes it doesn't care if the AC is in or not. I tried restoring to factory defaults and that lead to a new series of problems since the original software on my recovery partition was corrupt. Regardless, all I want is to be able to listen to music and watch a movie without having to hope if or when the audio and video starts glitching.
