I have a dv7-6b56nr pavilion laptop computer. When I orginally purchased it, the beats audio external speaker DID operate properly. The now do NOT. Can you please helpp me? I would appreciate this very much, as this was one of the options that the computer offered, that I was very interested in when choosing which laptop to purchase.
