Good Afternoon! I hope this is the correct subforum to post this.
I have a few months with my HP Pavilion DV7-6B78US, since the moment I bought it I have had issues playing audio, mostly when loud (ID say after 50% volume) With beats enabled, regardless of the player, today I had it with the issue, cant really play music loud without my programs freezing (Still able to use mouse and keyboard) but applications all my applications (web browsers, IM's, video output, etc) would freeze and hang for a few secconds (some times music still plays while everythign else is frozen), then it goes back to working but after another few secconds it would freeze again unless I lower the volume.. This happens with and without Beats enabled. I have restored my pc to clean start via the HP restore manager, reinstalled drivers, check and installed updates via HP Support Assistance, looked for new drivers or add-ons to the audio drivers, regardless of what I have installed nothing helps.
