Lost sound through Internal Speaker. After reviewing other peoples comments. I have tried to download and install the software driver froim HP many times. Driver download with no problem . When Installation occurrs get screen that says ectracting files. In the middle of extracting files get an error message acess denied. Have tried this proicedure many times. Somestimes after closing access denied window sound will work for a few minutes then stop aagin. When clicking on the speaker toolbar icon in lower menu and clicking on mixer the speaker / headphone is not there. Have tried to go into device manager and delete driver and redownload. Same problem occurrs
