I just upgraded to Win 8.1 with a fresh install. I know Win 8 is not supported on this laptop but I was surprised to find almost everything I use working properly. Unfortunately Beats audio is not working and the sound is now bad. I tried installing numerous IDT drivers I found but nothing worked. Is there anything I can do to workaround this problem to get Beats working?
I absolutlely love this laptop (except for weight) and have upgraded HD to SSD which makes it very fast. But Beats audio is very important to me. Don't want to go back to Win 7 if possible. Any help is greatly appreciated.
