I have an HP 15t and this model has been nothing but trouble. The first one I ordered turned out to be defective and, after much back and forth with tech support, I sent it back and got a new one. I've had the second one for a couple of weeks and while it's marginally better, I'm starting to have some of the same problems as before.
The audio skips and makes odd crackling noises (like an old radio with poor reception), and it doesn't seem to make a difference whether I'm listening to music saved on my computer in iTunes or streaming something online. Tonight, in addition to poor sound quality my computer actually froze repeatedly while using iTunes. Twice the screen went completely black; the music didn't stop but I couldn't do anything, and before and after that both times it was incredibly slow (as in, it took me a good 10 minutes just to get iTunes to close). Is there a fix for this?
