When trying to burn a disc in Itunes I keep getting the message "The attempt to burn a disc failed. An unknown error occurred (4280). I have tried to burn the disc in Windows media player, and just get asked to insert a disc even though I have inserted a disc. I have tried several blank discs (Sony CD-RW 700mb 4x-10x) and still get the same message. A pre-recorded disc is recognised by Itunes but not by WMP. Help please!!
