I have a HP Pavilion g7, have not had any problems since I got it. Now my Mics dont want to work, all sound and volumes I turned full up. Even when I plu headphones in with a mic attachment , Mic still not working. Company I work for site said needed Java, downloaded Jave, did nothing. Iam on Windows 8.1. Can someone give me some help here, nee to have mic functioning for meeting.
