PLAYBACK DEVICE

 I am having problems with my sound.  This is how i want my plackback devices to be set up Image may be NSFW.

But when i take out my headphones it turns into this automaticallyImage may be NSFW.

and when i exit out and open the setting for playback device it goes to this, and this is what it goes back to if i restart Image may be NSFW.

what do i do so it stays like the first pic. My laptop is a HP ENVY 17T-3200. I upgraded it myself to windows 8.1.
