I have problem with my new HP Pavilion 15-p033tx with the following specs:

The problem is that the volume is inconsistent when playing any file with audio (mp3, video files, etc.), the volume swings a lot, more specifically during the loud part of the music.
I use my laptop a lot in music making. so please help. I tried downloading ITD HD driver (solution to the same problem for other laptop model) but i think my laptop is not compatible with since i get this error "The hardware detected is not suported by this IDT software package. The install will be aborted."
Im upset and disappointed that I bought HP laptop. So please hp support help me fix this. Thanks.
