Incredibly Frustrating Customer Service/Sound Issues

I bought an HP laptop from Walmart excited to finally have a new computer.  Right out of the box it had audio problems.  It crackled and popped when playing sound.  I took it back and got another one.  Same problem.  At that point I called HP and asked for some assistance.  The representative did some stuff, shared my computer, but no solution.  I have called HP 4-5 different times and have GOTTEN NO WHERE.  They kept telling me to do stuff that the guy before had already tried and would not listen when I told them that.  I had one lady tell me that I would need to send it in to get fixed, but the problem is that I literally cannot be without a computer for a single day due to work.  I couldn't send it in.  I'm not someone who typically gets irritated but I am swearing up a storm in my head.  I can't understand a single word that these "tech guys" are saying because their accents are so heavy.  After trying to fix the problem several times by depending on a severely lacking HP support team I tried to take the computer back to Walmart.  Well bummer, they won't take it back either because it is just a few days over the return limit.  They tell me how good HP is about taking care of their customers, Yeah right, and tell me to ask for a refund from them because it is a defective product.  I figured that that's a great idea.  So I went and bought another computer, a chromebook this time, also HP (haven't I learned my lesson), although the sound works great on this one.  Then I called HP to try to get a refund for the defective computer.  After all, I had bought another HP product to replace it myself.  Well that just doesn't fly.  I get an person with an absolutely impossible accent to understand, seriously HP get some people who speak English, who tells me that they can't refund me because, get this, it's past the limit.  Well it's past the limit because I was hoping you guys could fix it for me so I wouldn't have to take it back to Walmart.  So he tells me that I need to send it in for repairs.  I tell him that I already bought another laptop, but apparently that's my problem not his.  "It doesn't matter, we'll fix it for you and send it back so you can have two computers when you really only need one".  I paraphrase of course.  HP: I'm already saying bad things about you to everyone that will listen.  If you want to keep me as a customer, and I really hope you do, please, please, please, just give me a refund for the stupid computer.  I don't need two computers and I don't want two computers.  I've only had it for about 3 weeks and the speakers are so irritating to listen to that  I can't even use it.  I have no desire to get it repaired and sent back to me because I've already bought a replacement.  Please contact me, and if you want to talk to me on the phone, please have me speak with someone who can speak and understand English.
