This problem isn't unusual, I gather, but it sure is time-consuming. I have gone through all the checklists in Skype: have checked my PC's control panel, enabled internal microphone, checked for latest drivers, made sure correct mics are selected in Skype Options, checked Permissions for the Skype app, restarted the computer -- and yet, time after time, the Skype test call records nothing when I speak. I can hear and see my friend on Skype, and she can see me; but she cannot hear me.
Please give me a solution to this problem. This is a brand-new computer, and is supposed to have built-in mic as well as webcam, no?
