Hi,
My notebook Envy 15 (k002ne) Beats audio stopped working.
Since I got it it happend twice.
First was after 2 days of use, once updates had taken place for the first time. After a further 2 days it came back on, but once I restarted my notebook the following day, it stopped again...
I have windows 8.1 and read some issues faced regarding windows 8 with a few uses online, however it all states once windows 8.1 is installed this sould solve the issue, but no luck on my end?
I`m not sure how to solve it and on the audio settings it says that audio is working well.
The one strange thing is, if i plug my headphones in it works (sound always plays), just no sound coming out my sterio speakers...
Could anyone helpe me?
