Hi all,
I recently got a new laptop for my birthday (HP Split X2) and have been trying ever since I got it to pass across my files from my old laptop (Acer Aspire 5551-A) to my new one. These files included word documents, music files as well as Family Photos. When trying to transfer all my documents, my new laptop was unable to support the files and claimed the folders were empty.
Due to this laptop also not haveing a disc drive, I was unable to play CD's and DVD's, I then purchased a Portable Disc Drive which is able to play DVD's but the laptop again said there was nothing able to be played. So is there some kind of app I can download so I can try to play my DVD's?
As far as the pictures go, I am also trying to get photos from my iPhone to my laptop and save them. The pictures on my phone are saved under JPeg and I don't know if the HP lapop supports this or if there was some way of changing the format of the pictures so I am able to save them?
Any suggestions please!
