I just bought this PC ENVY/4700MQ last month and one of the reasons I bought this is the "over-hype" BEATS sound system. It sounds very good but the volume fluctuates from low , then, to normal and then to high volume by itself while playing music on Pandora. I never have this problem with my MAC and Lenovo. It is very annoying. I called their tech support for help but to no avail. I still exeperience the same problem. I will try to return this PC and get a refund. That's it for me. Won't buy HP anymore.
