Hi, the metal part of my earphone got stuck inside my jack. Since I live in Brasilia, Brazil, I took it to a normal electronic store to fix. However, he did not put the original jack in, so the computer doesn't recognize all the stereos when the headphone is not plugged in. He can't find the original jack. Is it possible to simply buy the jack and have it sent to here? I could also have it sent to San Francisco. The computer is HP Envy 15t i7 4710 HQ quad edition .
