I have a HP ENVY 17 Notebook PC (product number: GOU21AV) and my microphone will not work on skype or at all. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the audio driver, everything says i should ave the IDT HD audio driver but it ony lets me downoad the Realtek audio driver. I tried plugging in a mirophone and setting it as the default and messing with the levels of the microphone, still not working. Please help.
