my sound [internal speakers and external ones too] is out.

like for real have ever been on your computer and the sound and internet just go out for days?! ITS NOT FUN. How do i fix my internal speakers at least???
I plugged in the headphones and that wont work [as ive mentioned before] and my laptop just wont have it! I hope I can just get a new computer soon thats a new company and way less laggy at least because this one is just starting to get on my nerves more and more everyday with the internet problem! My internet isnt even out or with bad connection my computer just doesnt want to keep connecting >:T
