I have a 17-f004dx that came with Windows 8. I just urgraded to Windows 8.1 but I'm unable to locate the Beats Audio driver. I installed the audio driver listed on hp.com for my model, but I still don't have the Beats icon in the lower right corner like I did before the upgrade.
Can you help me locate the driver or program?
