bluetooth

I have an HP Zbook15, running Windows 7Pro. The unit does have Bluetooth. I cannot find a way to easily enable/disable bluetooth (or wireless) when docked, is there something I'm missing? I had some devices configured once, which was much more difficult than on any other machine I've ever had, they worked for a while, now the connections have been (apparently) forgotten by the laptop.
There is no "Bluetooth" under control panel, etc. Typically, I am used to a control panel item or icon(s) in the system tray always being present where I can easily enable, and configure these items.
