Volume jack problem

hy 

i am using hp sleek book 15 model b002ee..

i am having probelm with headsphone when i insert it sound comes out from the external speaker and also i can hear the voice in headsphone and headsphone mic doest work only external mic worked... sometime it does sometime its not i dont understand whats the probelm..

please give me the soution soon
