I've been searching for an answer to fix this problem and I'm not coming up with anything that works. When I click on a link in Facebook to go to a video, all that shows is a white box where the video should be. Nothing I try can make the video appear. I've downloaded the latest Flash player, Java, etc., but that doesn't seem to solve the problem. Help please!
