Sound coming from both the Speakers and the Headphones

Hello,

my HP ENVY dv7-7259nr Notebook PC

Plays sounds from both the 

Speakers

and

The HeadPhones Output

The computer does not show any notification that HeadPhones are connected

How can i fix this?
