I am looking for a Laptop that includes an 'Optical S/PDIF' or ToslinK audio port.
I understand that Laptops etc iay nclude this audio port, but dont necessarily mention it in the specs, which makes it difficult to source a suitable option. Also this optical output can sometimes be incorprated into a headphone output, i.e a 'mini' optical cable is inserted into a dual pupose headphone jack and the infra red optical audio signals are sent down the cable to be fed into a DAC .
I would be very grateful if anyone could let me know of any current Laptop range that incorporate this facility.
